Dual Occupancy Brighton East

One of Blint Design + Construction’s dual occupancy projects is close to reaching the upper storey lock-up stage.

With this project the clients have decided to design one of the townhouses to suit their individual needs for the future, including the addition of a lift.

A dual occupancy project is a great option as you can design one home to live in and another as an investment property.

Upper Storey Extension Brighton East Lock-Up Stage

Currently one of Blint Design + Construction’s projects in Brighton East consisting of an Upper Storey Extension is at lock-up stage. This is the stage where all external wall cladding and roof covering is fixed, the flooring is laid and external doors and external windows are fixed.

The owners have chosen to keep the front facade of the Californian Bungalow and modernise the rear of the home

Internally we are getting close to fixing stage and it is starting to resemble more of a home rather than a construction site.

In our previous post we talked about Architectural 3D Rendering and the benefit of clients being able to visualise the end result before construction begins. The below image compares the 3D rendering image to the current stage of works
